I’m Emma Gutteridge (Lucy is my middle name), a thirty (cough) something with a love of photography, good food (and wine) and seeing the beauty in the every day. I reside at the foot of the beautiful South Downs where I walk daily with my chocolate labrador and for this reason every day begins inspired. My love of the bigger picture of the every day is bought into my photography and I love to notice the little things that make up the wonder of the world.
I became obsessed with photography when I landed myself a job as a magazine Picture Editor in my teens, working alongside some of the best photographers in the world. I grew a deep love of documentary photography and I’ve been running my own full time photography business for 6 years (how time flies!) and I’ve since been shooting beautiful weddings all over the UK and afar – even as far as Thailand. I’ve been featured in wedding magazines and on blogs but the biggest honour is to work with amazing couples and capture their relationships, their families and their friends. Find out more about my ethos on shooting weddings here.
